It is. But you will have to buy a adapter. There a few companies that make them. They are all plug and play. I would recommend the idatalink Maesto. A quick google search and you should be able to find on for your year and make of truck. The nav works with your phone so you will loose factory nav. And depending on if the Sirius antenna is built in to you factory head unit or is external you might have to buy a new antenna for satellite radio. The head unit is nice and easy to navigate. I got this system for my daughters car and she doesn't the steering wheel option on her car. Just make sure to aware of the additional cost with that option.
