“Can I load an app to the head unit or can it be mirrored to the unit? Specifically the Torque Pro App for Android. There is a bluetooth connection to the OBD2 tool, but I dont think it can be paired to the phone and then the phone paired to the head unit.”

Sadly this is not an approved app for both Andoid OR Apple so no it will not work.
