Yes, in fact you can attach 2 cameras to the Alpine ilx-w650 there is also a wire to connect to backup lights which will automatically switch to your primary camera view when you put the vehicle in reverse.

We did just that. We have a 2004 Sienna van and got the backup camera installed at the same time as the radio. Works great.

I just recently added the alpine for the Car play in my Toyota Tundra . So far it works great and yes it works with the back up camera nicely .
