Yes, most email clients will not let you send too many photos without zip filing them or uploading them to a share folder for download and the frame does not have a web browser so it cannot handle that sort of protocol. We recommend files be no larger than 1600x1200 resolution. As for the frame's email address this is setup by the FIRST USER. This must be done before anyone can send anything to the frame.
