Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you mean it runs on less than a full water tank, that is normal for small loads with auto sensing. It does have a deep water wash setting, if you want to use more. If you mean it drains without washing, that sounds like a defect. Contact the seller, if new. Use your warranty, if too late for replacement.
