I received this washer on 2/13/21. I called to schedule a replacement. They scheduled it for today 2/19/21 7am-1pm window. It is now 7:09pm. No one has arrived wih the replacement washer, no one called to say they were not arriving and I've made 5 calls starting at 12:44 pm today. Mind you I received a phone call from Best Buy Last night and a text to remind me of my appointment but now Everyone says someone will get bask to me. This is awful service. The washer is very light weight, no control over the water settings and no way to add fabric softener to the rinse cycle without hitting the pause button. I just wanted a call to update status of delivery. I am beginning to think Best Buy does not intend to replace this washer at all. I am beyond upset.
