If your using an Android device , please make sure the Zepp App remains Open and then lock it , then make sure bluetooth is on at all times, Also go to Zepp app --> Profile --> Amazfit Bip --> select "More" in Red --> go to " Incoming SMS " and make sure it is turned on for further troubleshooting contact us at [email protected]
