• The issue is that the ios app is not available on the Canadian Apple app store, nor I believe on the Canadian google play store or the Canadian amazon app store . There are work arounds but my advice is make sure you can install the amazon cloud cam app on whatever device you plan on using to monitor the camera.

• Read all the reviews for the camera AND the Amazon Cloud Cam app in the App Store. I could not get the app to even open successfully, a necessary first step to operating the camera. Buyer beware.
