Tell me how to set up my Alexa. I have tried to no avail null

You need to make sure that you've downloaded the Alexa app to your phone, first.

We had issues setting up my daughter's in her dorm room. We had to ask for IT's help and they had to allow the device via the MAC address to connect to their wi-fi. At home, I did not have this issue and I set it up in less than 5 minutes. Hope that helps.
