You can connect it to an fm/am Bluetooth transmitter I think.

The echo auto has an aux output if your car has an aux input that will work. You cannot use the speaker from your phone. The echo does have a built in speaker but it is more for setup and is not very loud. If you do not have a aux input in your car I would recommend using a Bluetooth speaker such as a beats pill or similar or upgrading you car audio head unit to something with an aux input or Bluetooth. It will be worth the investment I enjoy the easy of access and connectivity to all my home Alexa devices.
