Yes you do have the ability to do this. You would say “Alexa remind me to take *** at (time)” and you would do this for each medication.

If your device is muted not connected to Wi-Fi, your timers or alarms still go off. how to setup alarms: https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=202110510 you cant name the alarms - just set the time. For example: Alexa setup alarm for 9 o'clock am and then it would ring at 9am. It is not capable to do something like 'Hello its 9:00am and time to take your blood pressure medication". You might consider an app like the one described below that you can schedule text messages to be delivered to a cell phone with times and message: http://www.guidingtech.com/57106/ios-apps-schedule-text-messages-later/ The only thing is it wont continue ringing until acknowledged - it would just beep when the text was received and then maybe 1 followup beep. You could set an obnoxious text message tone that is loud and long to catch their attention though....

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can set multiple notifications or reminders for Alexa to follow, as well as you can cancel a set alarm or reminder notification. You can also request like an alarm be set to wake you at 7 am every day.
