Which Alexa devise can you make phone calls from? null

I have the 2nd generation Echo Dot and you can tell it to make phones calls from your contact list. I don't know if you can tell to make a phone call outside of your contacts. I haven't tried that yet but will do so.

You have to connect the Echo/Alexa to a device, such as a cell phone. I am guessing this is how my calls are made.
