• Yes you can hook your bose mini speaker to the Echo Dot as long as it is a bluetooth speaker. I have hooked my Bose Minilink and also my Soundlink to the Dot.

• Yes you can. I have mine hooked to my Bose sound dock. It will hook to any speaker with an aux port. I have another one hooked to my main stero system. Just need a patch cable that will split to right and left channel.

• You can if they are bluetooth enabled. If they are bluetooth you can buy a bluetooth stereo adapter and connect them that way.
