Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, at least not directly. If you have a 3rd device with a 3.5mm audio line-in jack and Bluetooth support you could theoretically connect the iPod to that device and use Bluetooth to pair it with the Echo Dot to play audio. If you have a computer that can run Plex though, you could just add your music library to Plex and play your entire music library through the Echo Dot using the Plex Skill for Alexa. It works over the Internet but may require some configuration on your home Internet router to get Plex to see your Echo Dot and vice-versa.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can connect your Apple Music account but I could not connect my iTunes account to play music. Are you trying to use your Echo dot as a speaker? It doesn't connect via Bluetooth to devices nor is there any ports in which to connect any devices. It connects to things like lights, thermostat, etc. to control them but they must be compatible with Alexa

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think you should be able to but I am not positive. You might try checking with customer services to make sure. I have watched utube videos on this and I think I am going to really like it.
