Hi Kirst, the answer is yes even with the same account(Amazon Account). If you are not physically present at a different location, then you can instruct some one over there in setting up the Dot using your account. After the set up, you then go to Amazon Alexa app on your phone to change the physical location of that Dot. Wherever the Dots are, they are all yours under your Amazon account.
