• It’s easier but you can set up with a laptop for them

• Hi Patti! You can download the Alexa app and set up this device for them. You can also play SiriusXM on this device. You'll want to add the skill in the Alexa app. My parents dont have a smartphone so this is what I did for them and it works great! Hope this helps!
