• Very small difference between the two genrations. The 5th generation is mpre clear sounding

• Appears to have similar capabilities, just improved upon somewhat and sporting a new look. I have the 2nd and 3rd and that's what the difference is with them, This one was bought as a gift, so can't attedst to more than that first hand.
