Hi Joshy! Not all Hisense TVs have the same level of compatibility with Alexa across different models. For example the most powerful Alexa control is only available currently on the 55” 65” H9E and H9x0E series TVs which feature "Alexa Built-In" (pulled from Hisense's website). When you use a connected device with a Hisense TV you'll be limited to the features you mentioned like changing the volume or channels. I hope that clears things up, have a great rest of your day!
