• Hi there CC. The Echo Flex is a great way to make a space smart, as it is an Echo and brings Alexa to the room to control the other smart devices you would have in that room. It needs to be plugged into a wall outlet, and it will need Wifi constantly to work. The Blink Mini cameras have nothing to do with this device, with the exception that you could arm and disarm your system with the flex through voice using Alexa. I hope this helps. Have a great day.
