Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello, Alex! The Echo Show 8 does have a "low power mode" to reduce its energy consumption, this device will enter Low Power Mode when idle. I would check to see if you have a routine setup causing the lower volume. To check and see if there is a routine setup causing this go into the Alexa app and go to routines. To factory reset the device all you need to do is Press and hold the Mute button and the Volume Down button until you see the Amazon logo (about 15 seconds) when prompted, follow the on-screen instructions to set up your device.
