QuestionI have a Kindle Fire HD 10, 1year and 4 months old. It will not fully charge.. Will only charge 40-55 % when plugged in all night ….I tried charging with another charger but it still wont charge fully.. What is my problem ???

- Answer Dear Fire Owner, Kindles are great until they act up. It appears to me you have a loose power connection on your Kindle. Regardless, it is not repairable. Suggest you talk to Amazon for a possible discount on a new unit. Two other things you may want to try: there is a Kindle group on Facebook that is helpful. I also leave the power cord attached to the Kindle. That way the plug in gets less wear and tear. God bless.

- Answer No- it is not an Apple device. If you have an Android device then it’s compatible and you should be able to sync to another android.

- Answer NO, the answer is NO, NO, NO. The AMAZON in the name says it ALL. My Best Buy "In-Home Advisor" recommended the Amazon Fire to work with my security system. We're talking Ring Cameras. State of the Art, made in the USA. The Amazon Fire said NO. It REFUSED to allow any APPS that weren't in the AMAZON APP STORE. It is also a continuous bill board for Amazon products, never ending.................... Buying a Samsung Galaxy Tab E instead.

- Answer Ram is ready access memory to help run the programs. The 32 GB is space for memory like downloading your software, photos, programs, etc. You can buy the micro scan discs that fit into the slot located on the right side of your tablet next to the top where your on\off switch is located. the micro scan discs come in different sizes such as 32, 64, 128 GB's of Storage.

- Answer Yes, you can install Facebook and all manner of games through the app store. I don't know about AOL ... that's pretty ancient. But I would just look in the app store to see if there is a download.
