“I have a Kindle Fire HD 10, 1year and 4 months old. It will not fully charge.. Will only charge 40-55 % when plugged in all night ….I tried charging with another charger but it still wont charge fully.. What is my problem ???”

Dear Fire Owner, Kindles are great until they act up. It appears to me you have a loose power connection on your Kindle. Regardless, it is not repairable. Suggest you talk to Amazon for a possible discount on a new unit. Two other things you may want to try: there is a Kindle group on Facebook that is helpful. I also leave the power cord attached to the Kindle. That way the plug in gets less wear and tear. God bless.
