Dear Fire Owner, Kindles are great until they act up. It appears to me you have a loose power connection on your Kindle. Regardless, it is not repairable. Suggest you talk to Amazon for a possible discount on a new unit. Two other things you may want to try: there is a Kindle group on Facebook that is helpful. I also leave the power cord attached to the Kindle. That way the plug in gets less wear and tear. God bless.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Battery is going bad. Always remember to let it die/discharge completely at least once a month to prevent charging memory problems.
