“Is the warranty the same when purchased through Best Buy as it is when purchased through Amazon? The two year worry free guarantee, basically. Do you deal with Amazon directly if something happens or are you forced to go through Best Buy instead?”

I did not get the insurance on the tablet with BestBuy. It automatically has insurance with Amazon for 2 years. My personal opinion is getting insurance with bestbuy is a waste of money. But it has pros and cons.
