“I’m looking for 2/3 tablets .... the app I want to run suggests I pad with IOS OF at least 9.2 .....what is the equivalent with a tablet like this? Thanks”

If the app is suggesting an ipad, chances of finding the same app for this tablet are slim to none. Amazon fire is is very proprietary. Apps for it in the app store are limited and you can not install anything from Google play android apps store.
