The first thing you will need to know is if your case will fit the new tablet. The sizes tend to change as newer technology becomes available. Size and type of charger connection to the Kindle are two things that can and do change. Always get the "Kids Edition" of any device they will be using. The OS has been setup with options and Apps to make it easier for you to control what they can download and where they can surf to on the Internet.
