• I purchased from Bestbuy and when I registered it, which is something you have to do during the set up, I received notification from Amazon that I had a 2 year warranty.

• I bough 2 of this in Best Buy kids edition tablets one stopped charging and send it to amazon and they will send a replacement after they receive your return within warranty you just have to process a return label with them.
