For example, I've been getting free apps of the day for a while, and a bunch of those games are playable on the stick - Quell and Sonic the Hedgehog spring immediately to mind.

They installed and I was able to launch them but that was as far as I could get. Apps have to be authored to work with it. There are apps that will work, and the stick comes with links to download them from the stick. It's a new device so it will take some time for more apps to be available for it.
