• Yes, you can download and install android games and other applications. Do note that not all applications are compatible.

• The Fire TV Stick does play some Android apps if you get them via the Amazon Appstore. For example, I've been getting free apps of the day for a while, and a bunch of those games are playable on the stick - Quell and Sonic the Hedgehog spring immediately to mind.

• Yes but only the one on the AppStore, their are some forums online that can't help you sideload them. But Im not into android modding so I can't offer any suggestions on the matter.

• Depends on the app, Jim. I sideloaded some apps to see if they'd work. They installed and I was able to launch them but that was as far as I could get. Apps have to be authored to work with it. There are apps that will work, and the stick comes with links to download them from the stick. It's a new device so it will take some time for more apps to be available for it.
