• If you can manipulate the technology, side load Kodi and you can watch the Golf channel or othe live events, depending on the add-ons you load. Do some homework before you start but there is plenty about it on YouTube. See Kodi or XBMC.

• you can go to kodi.tv and download the apk for kodi it may be available in the app store on fire stick now. once you side load that app you can load addons to that app and get 100 free sports channels and ppv sports

• Your best bet would be to what is called "mirror" the fire stick. Let's say you have the golf channel app on your phone there is a way you could pull up the golf and then mirror your android phone onto the android based fire stick. You can also research "side loading" android apps like Golf channel etc. onto your fire stick so they simply play on the tv.

• The have Watch ESPN which I have used on many devices including my PC to watch various college and professional sports. I searched for golf on Watch ESPN and found this in their FAQ section, "What will I be able to watch on ESPN3 now? Programming on ESPN3 includes exclusive college football, college basketball, NCAA Championships, tennis, golf, soccer, cricket and more."
