Does anyone know if this works in Canada.? I am wondering if anyone has experience with the Amazon Fire Stick in Canada or are technologically savvy enough to know if this would work within Canada? Thank you!

A firestick works off of wi-fi so as long as you have it, it will work fine in Canada or anywhere else.

From what I have researched, no you can't. "Canadians aren’t likely to see the Fire TV any time soon. Tech companies often like to try out new products in the United States first before expanding internationally, but that’s even more so the case with much of what Amazon does. The company has been offering music downloads and video streaming down south for years and has yet to expand them northward. With its set-top box predicated on such content, there’s no reason to believe Canada is a priority market for it."

Why wouldn't it work, as long as you have high speed Internet you are good to go.

Yes it will work in Canada. I have a friend in Montreal and he never had issues with it. All you need is at least 3Mbps of speed so you won't have any buffering while watching a movie.
