It is not USB it is HDMI!! Made to plug directly into the HDMI port of TV!! So it will not work with MacBook Air! Only way it would work with any computer is if it has an HDMI input but most computers that have HDMI is output only!!

This product is meant to be plugged into an hdmi television and to be controlled with the included remote or an app from the iOS app sore or the google play store on android.
