Does this work on a Macbook Air? null

It is not USB it is HDMI!! Made to plug directly into the HDMI port of TV!! So it will not work with MacBook Air! Only way it would work with any computer is if it has an HDMI input but most computers that have HDMI is output only!!

This device is designed to connect to a TV. Macbook Air is a computer so I do not think it was designed to function in that capacity.

It works on devices that have an HDMI input. Most computers, if they have any hdmi connections, only have HDMI Out

The Firestick HDMI only work on devices that support HDMI in. The Macbook Air doesn't support HDMI in only HDMI out via the HDMI adapter for your Macbook. Sorry it won't work for you.

If your asking if it will plug into a MacBook Air the answer is no, but if your asking if there is an app for it in the Mac App Store I'm pretty sure there isn't as well. This product is meant to be plugged into an hdmi television and to be controlled with the included remote or an app from the iOS app sore or the google play store on android.

No it won't work.
You need an HDMI port for the Fire Stick. The thunderbolt to HDMI adapter is just for output
