• You can pick up the one with the voice remote control and it has more memory so it will be a little faster for you but if all you want to do is watch Amazon Prime movies and shows and Netflix then it's fast enough for you

• If you go through your system setting on your homepage on the firestick towards the bottom.on systems click on update to do the latest update on your firestick

• Doesn't really matter, it's the same device from day one. Difference is just the software version which can be easily updated through the stick.
