I'm on WI-FI & my Firestick has been updating for 8 days now. I 've called Amazon tech to no avail & they advised I talk with the BB Geek Squad, yet, no help from them either I think that I may have to return it or take it in to be replaced if not fixed? null

There’s definitely a problem with the fire stick , sounds like a defect.
I had no problems with mine
