No. It only has a small little light when you hit the Alexa mic

My remote doesn't light up but within a short time you will find it easy to use. There are not that many buttons.

I have 4 of these and they do not light up. Honestly there is barely any buttons, you just seem to remember what button is what by feel. I never look at my remote because I know what button is what by feel. It's really easy to use.

No, the remote does not light up in the dark. However, the remote is so clean and uncluttered that it is easy to memorize and use by feel.
