• Best Buy should have sent you a email with the link to show you how to operate your firestick if not you can always call customer support,hope this helps you

• Unfortunately, the Sales Representatives are not that knowledgeable on the products. So if you are interested in a given product, you have to do your own research before going to the store. I hope this will help you.
