“We have a firestick. It was working fine until yesterday. The screen said it was connecting but then did not. The screen went black. Today it says its connecting but then a No Signal banner comes up. We had power outage yesterday.”

If you have the extender connected to the fire stick, try connecting without it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.That has happened to us too after power outage. When this happens we just reset our fire stick again by taking it out of tv( unplug) wait about 3minutes and then replug it in again and it will reset itself.
