• NO it does not have KODI you will need to download it. Easiest way is to watch a YOU TUBE video and follow along step by step. They only other way to get Kodi is to buy a AMAZON FIRE STICK that is already listed as "JAIL BROKE". You usually can find these at the malls at a Kiosk that is selling Amazon Fire Sticks. This means that someone has already added in the KODI app and you can not get the latest movies out that other people sometimes from other countries have bootlegged and have uploaded the movie to the internet stream. The only downfall of KODI is every few months you will need to reload or UPDATE KODI. I hope this helps!! :)

• The item does not include Kodi. Kodi can be added. There are many apps in the Amazon store that can be used for steaming video on this stick.
