Will the Amazon Fire Stick with Voice Remote work in conjunction with an existing Roku device? Or are the two devices one too many? null

You really only need one device. I have a Firestick in my bedroom and roku in living room. Like the Firestick better. It's faster and I've not had any issues loading movies like I do with Roku.

too many devices. Both do the same thing. We have Roku on one TV and Fire Stick on another. They're identical - more or less the same apps and same video selections. Amazon automatically updates your Fire Stick when new software upgrades become available.

It may be one too many. Fire Stick lets you watch Amazon Prime, which Roku may also.

You would need to plug each device into a separate HDMI port the. Switch back and forth.

As long as they are connected to different HDMI ports they should work, i would power off the one not being used to avoid data buffering

Yes, if you have several hdmi ports you'll be fine. I have an xbox one, fire stick and xbox 360 connected to one tv so I'd say no, two devices aren't too many.

No the alexa voice remote only works with Amazon Firestickk and Amazon Fire Tv.
