Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you're using wireless, that is probably the issue. These units have a very weak wireless signal. Most wireless routers I'm not very strong you will need to get a repeater to boost the wireless signal in the house. The only other possible issue is that the power adapter that comes with the stick is not adequate. I'm not sure if Amazon knows about this issue, but they fix for this is to replace the USB adapter with a 2A output adapter. Most cell phones will output 2A such as iPhone 6 and iPad. Try these things first before returning

I had contacted Amazon through the chat and the problem was resolved. You can either chat with them online or call them to get your problem resolved.
