Is not only faster but a better upgrade than the FX series

Yes it is, it has more modern technology also.

Will double or more the performance of an FX 8350. This was the upgrade I made from tge FX platform and it was worth it.

Way faster and more energy efficient. The only thing is you will have to upgrade your motherboard too since the fx series uses AM3 and the ryzens need an AM4 motherboard.

Yes, even though it has fewer cores than some fx cpu's it is still a large bit faster than them. but it does not have integrated graphics so make sure you have a dedicated GPU.

Yes, these Ryzen chips are much faster than the outdated AM3+ fx series. Definitely worth the upgrade.

Yes they are definitely faster, but compared to intel it feels like you really do get what you payed for. Between 2 desktops and 2 laptops I have 2 intels and 2 AMD set ups. And as far as every day tasks and performance I honestly get better results from the Intel based set ups. But the AMD set up for my kids gaming doesnt give me any problems after initial install of OS system and updates. But I did multiple errors with the AMD stuff during initial installs and setup. Nothing with the intel stuff.
