Yes, it can with an extension cable.

Looking at the product it looks like the antennas could come off and be remotely mounted. I wouldn't recommend that since most are not made to do that. You would need the right size cables to extend the antennas. Also the cables would need to be the exact same length or the single will not properly use each antenna. I dont know what you end goal is but I would recommend using another method to extend your signal.

It isn't designed to be. You could make it happen if your brave enough to open it up and add longer wires, though this likely voids any warrenty.
