Does this have the loud annoying power on Voice or beep/tone? And does it come on at full volume? Those are my two main issues with Bluetooth speakers. null

No, it doesn't have a loud power on voice/or beeptone. 
And the volume you have it on is what it stays at, even when you turn it off and on

There is a power on noise, but it's a "whoosh" for turning on then "ba dum" for connected. I'd say the first time you power on it is at about 30-50%, but no where near full volume.

No annoying voice. It will turn on at whatever the last volume setting was.

Actually, the power on tone is very modest and not at all annoying like some other brand name bluetooth speakers.
The speaker turns on at the volume the paired device is set.

It has a subtle whoosh sound but no voice and no loud beeping.
