QuestionDoes this have the loud annoying power on Voice or beep/tone? And does it come on at full volume? Those are my two main issues with Bluetooth speakers.

- Answer No, it doesn't have a loud power on voice/or beeptone. And the volume you have it on is what it stays at, even when you turn it off and on

- Answer Yes. This is like any other BT speaker. You can either plug in to you Echo device, or connect via bluetooth. If you want it on all the time, just make sure it's always plugged in.

- Answer I bought two of this Anker SoundCore blue speaker and I tried on Samsung S8plus and it didn't work. It will depend if your smartphone would allow you to have two bluetooth connections for audio. I couldn't have two audio bluetooth connection on my S8+. I was able to connect both, but only one would have audio only, and I configure the second one to be for calls only.
