There is a little assembly required, but the major part is already assembled

The main antenna is already assembled. It comes with a stand for indoor use, which is really easy to install. There is mounting hardware for outside installation. I used the stand and placed it in my attic and got great reception.

Nearly. You do need to mount it on the wall-mount arm but the antenna itself is fully assembled.

Yes, it's pre-assemble only have to screw the base into the roof. VERY EASY.
