• Does your TV have a built-in TV Tuner? If not, you'll need a TV Tuner to convert the over the air signal.

• Ours is connected to a smart tv connect coaxed cable to back of tv and scan antenna channels

• Smart TV or Standard TV it don"t make any difference. Just run the input from a digital antenna and the outputs to the TV

• Depending on your TV, you would set the TV for antenna or air instead of cable, and then run the channel auto program or auto search in the TV's menus.
