I purchased and installed this antenna less than a month ago and initially received 43 channels. It is solidly mounted outside. The problem is that it now only picks up 11 channels. Weather is good. Connections good. No movement. Any ideas of what to do? null

Unfortunately, to get better reception, sometimes you have to move the antenna around, and also perhaps elevate it. Wish you luck because I noted that you already mounted it securely outside. (I use mine inside.)

refer back to the instruction manual. it does say that direction the antenna is pointing may need to be adjusted. look up the location of the towers in your area, several websites are available to give you the information specific to your street address

Do a re-scan on all your TVs. It even says to do that occasionally in the owners manual.
