• It comes with mounting hardware, so I don't see why not, as long as you've got a usable wall stud available. Since I didn't have to mount mine, I imagine there is a possibility that you might have to have an intermediary mounting block of wood to hold it properly and not damage your drywall.

• Yes. I am going to use the outdoor mast it came with to do that so my cats don't knock it over.

• Yes, it's an indoor/outdoor. I have mine mounted outside so I can run to the old cable box and use the one antenna for all my tvs.
