“Can this be used in a basement? I have 4 tvs and two are in the basement, two on the main floor. AND are there extra requirements besides just putting this up high on the house”

Yes, this antenna can be installed in the basement however there will be signal loss. There are no extra requirements.

I would not expect consistent reception of many channels in a basement. Where you mount the antenna and where it works best depends on your location. Once you find a place on the home where the antenna works well, you would run a coax cable from the antenna to a splitter or distribution amplifier and then you would run a coax cable from the splitter or distribution amplifier to each TV you want to use.
