“Have a Clear Stream C4MVJ antenna, but I also want to access programs via my Internet provider. I believe that would need to be via an ethernet cable. I have a 65" UHD TV purchased from Best Buy. My question is will I get an HD quality picture?”

Picture quality will be great. The TV upscales to an extent. All air broadcasts that are in HD will be HD. Most are. If you stream from Netflix, Amazon, Vudu, etc. Most of those are now in HD as well. Some are in 4K. Picture quality is great. Keep in mind the spec on the TV is the actual deciding factor. The TV can only project what it is capable of, regardless of input. Hope this helps.
