“I can not get NBC from pixelating all my other channels come in with no issues. Is there anything I can do? We are only 15 miles from Chicago in LaGrange Highlands. Anyone have any suggestions? Thank you”

Get a signal amplifier. That shpuld help. If not, try adjusting positioning of the antenna.

This could be due to the location of the tower and where you installed the antenna in your home. In these cases, we suggest moving the antenna to a couple different locations and running some additional channels scans after moving the antenna to see if you can pick up the signals that are not coming in.
